City; and said changes and alterations could not have been necessarily foreseeable

Exhibit A attached hereto and are by this reference made a part hereof; and
WEREAS, it appears in the beat interests of the City to approve said change-,
and alterations,
NOW WMEPORE, puxsuant to the provisions of Section 11-1204, R.C.M., 1947,
,be it hereby resolved:
1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Kalispell and Stewart & Janes
Contractor
dated May. 9, 1978. as set out in Rrhibit A attached hereto, are
hereby approved; and
2. As soon as the price to be paid for i3a-- ---is and modifications

EXHIBIT "A"
1. A. Contractor shall furnish and install drain tile at matt
footing, sump pump, electrical service to pump, metal
culvert and manhole cover all as indicated on drawing dated
April 24, 1978 as Change Order No. 2 and No. 3. The use
of PVC plastic sewer perforated pipe has been approved in lieu
of the tile specified.
