A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF LIGHTING TBE STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR THE
YEAR. 1978.
13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Speoial Lighting District for
the year 1978 is estimated to be $83,200.00.
SECTION 2. That one—fou-rth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three—fouxths
of the cost of the amount set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment.s on file in the
office of the City Clark.
SECTION 4. The amount of said tax shall be levied for the amount of
$7-84 for each residential or parcel of land within the city limits,
$30.48 for commercial B; and $52.96 for commercial A.
