RESOLUTION NO. 3159
A RESOLUTION TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 3134
ESTABLISHING 1977-78 ANNUAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3134 the City Council adopted and
the Mayor approved on August 8, 1977, the annual appropriation for
the City of Kalispell for the fiscal year July 1, 1977 to June 30,
1978, and
WHEREAS, at the time said Resolution was adopted and approved
it was discussed and ordered that certain items. be revised in
both expenditures and revenues and that such revisions were neces-
sary to bring the budget into positive balance, and
WHEREAS, it now appears that said revisions were inadvertently
not done, and since they are necessary to pay proper expenditures
from various fund accounts which are duly and lawfully chargeable
to said accounts,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE -CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to prepare
corrective pages for said Resolution No. 3134 to reflect the
following revisions:
A. Add to Miscellaneous General Revenue Accounts:
$4,000.00-
B. Deduct from "General Fund" expenses the sum of
$10,000-00 and add same to "Antirecession" account
expenses.
C. Deduct from "General Fund" expenses and add to "Oil
Sprinkling" fund expenses the following items:
Salaries $41,000.00
Insurance 1,000.00
Overtime 1,000.00
Equipment Maint. 5,000.00
