A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF ESTIMATING THE COST OF SPRINKLING THE
STREETS AND AVENUES WTH OIL AND DUST CONTROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT
AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR TEE YEAR 1978, AND DIRECTING
PUBLICATION FOR A PU13LIC HEARING TBEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Oil Sprinkling District for the
year 1978 is estimated to be $101,000.00.
SECTION 2. That the assessment is hereby levied on all lots or parcels
of land within the city limits abutting a paved street, as follows:
0.002/square foot
SECTION 3. All lots, parcels of lots or tracts within the City, not
abutting or actually fronting or touching upon a city street or avenue,
shall not be assessed.
SECTION 4. The assessments are made pursuant -to city special property
-records. on file in the office of the City Clerk.
