A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF
KALISPELL WITHIN NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS ADDITION FROM CRESTVIEW ROAD
TO PARKWAY DRIVE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS PREPARE AND FILE APPROPRIATE PLAT REFLECTING SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, within Northridge Heights Addition to the city of
Kalispell, a certain east -west street joining the existing Parkway
Drive to Meridian Road, has been duly dedicated as a public street
and has been named Crestview Road; and
WHEREAS, a request has been made of the City of Kalispell
to name and designate said east-weat street as Parkway Drive; and
WHEREAS, none of the property owners abutting said street have
objected to so naming said street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find it to be in the best
interests of the City and the inhabitants thereof to so name and
designate said street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
1. The above described public street within Northridge
Heights Addition of the City of Kalispell, connecting the existing
Parkway Drive to Meridian Road, shall be and hereby is named and
designated as "Parkway Drive", to be a continuation and extension
of that street in said addition now known as Parkway Drive.
