RESOLUTION NO, 3154
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TEE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE
CITY PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL ANTIRECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
(ARFA)
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of certain funds from the United
States Government under the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 (P. L.
94--369, Title II) known as the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Program-,
and
WHEREAS, the City does desire to use certain of such funds for
costs of City functions qualifying for use of such funds, and it is to
the best interest of the City to do so,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following expenditure of
such funds furnished to the City is hereby authorized.
Antireoession funds are to be used for paying
overtime, truck rental and miscellaneous snow
removal expense
The City Clerk is directed to make such reports as may be required
by the U. S. Treasury Department concerning the expenditures of such
j�unds.
