RESOLUTION NO. 3138
A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRIUKLING THE STREETS AND
AVMMES IN WATER SPRIMING DISTRICT, AND IETMG AN ASSESM= FOR
SAME FOR TEE YEAR 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in Water Sprinkling District No. I for the 1977 year is estimated to
be $16,145.00. Said district consists of those city lots abutting the
following streets:
Main Street from Eighth Street to California Street
First Avenue East from Center Street to 5th Street East
First Avenue West from Center Street to 5th Street West
Second Avenue West from 2nd Street West to 4�h Street West
Center Street from lat Avenue West to 3rd. Ave. East
First Street from 3rd. Ave. West to 2nd Avenue East
Second Street from 3rd. Ave. West to 3rd. Avenue East
Third Street from 2nd. Ave. West to 3rd. Avenue East
Vourth Street from 2nd. Avenue West to 2nd. Avenue East
Fifth Street from lat. Avenue West to 2nd. Avenue East
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property in said Water
Sprinkling District #1 for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in said district. Said tax shall be levied at $1.10 per foot of said
