RESOLUTION NO. 3139
A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAM FOR THE
YEAR 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting District for
the year 1977 is estimated to be $52,000.00.
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three-fou=ths
of the cost of the amount set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessments on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 4. The amount of said tax shall be levied for the amount of
$4.90 for each lot or parcel of land within the city limits.

THIS 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1977.
