RESOLUTION NO. 3140
A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR A FEDERAL GRANT FOR THE
WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES PLAN, EPA 201-STEP 1, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE APPROPRIATE FORMS THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, it does appear to the best interest of the City
of Kalispell to make an application for a Federal Grant under
Step I of EPA Wastewater Management Facilities Plan,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
