RESOLUTION NO. 3137
A RESOLUTION ESTLVIATING THE COST OF SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND AVENUES
WITH OIL AND DUST CONTROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT AND LEVYING AN
ASSESSMMTV-FOR SAME FOR TBE YEAR 1977.
BE' IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, M014TANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Oil Sprinkling District for the year
1977 is estimated to be $101,000.00.
SECTION 2. That the assessment is hereby levied on all lots or parcels
of land within the city limits abutting a paved street, as follows:
0.002/square foot
SECTION 3. All lots, parcels of lots or tracts within the City, not
abutting or actually fronting or touching upon a city street or avenue,
shall not be assessed.
SECTION 4. The assessments axe made pursuant to city special property
records on file in the office of the City Clerk.
