RESOLUTION NO. 3142
A RESOLUTION TO DIRECT THE CITY TREASURER TO MAKE 1977 ASSESSMENTS
OF CHARGES FOR STORM SEWER CHARGES PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 862 AND
COLLECT SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS—
PELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Treasurer is hereby directed to render a statement
to every owner of a lot or parcel within the City of the annual
charge assessed to said lot or parcel for storm sewer charges
for the year 1977 pursuant to ordinance 862. Assessments of charges
shall be in accord with the current list and calculations made by
the City Engineer and any adjustments thereto as may have been made
or approved by the City Coungi-l.,
