A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO Th� ,.cx OF KALISPELL,
TO 13E KNOWN AS "HENDRICKSON ADDITION NO. 7011 AND TO FIX THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SAID
HEARING.
WHEREAS, Lloyd W. Hendrickson and Ethel M. Hendrickson, have
made petition to the City of Kalispell for annexation to said City
of certain territory to be known as "Hendrickson Addition No. 70";
and
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed and con-
sidered in accord with the laws of the State of Montana and the sub-
division regulations of the City of Kalispell by the Kalispell City -
County Planning Board and said Board has, by communication dated
August 1, 1977 recommended that said petition be granted under
certain conditions; and it appears that said conditions are or will
be adequately satisfied, and that it is to the best interest of the
City of Kalispell that said petition be granted,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that territory
comprising Nendrickson Addition No. 70" shall be annexed to the
Cit�y of Kalispell and shall be classified a No- I Residence District.
Said territory is more particularly described as follows:
All and singular that certain piece and parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Lot Twelve (12) of Section Six (6), Township
Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, 462 feet
north of the Southwest corner: -of said Lot Twelve (12); thence
continuing northerly along the said westerly boundary of Lot
Twelve (12)
South 86* 36' East, 9 feet to a point on the westerly boundary
of the County Road; thence
South 221 19' East, 154 feet; thence
South 28q 24' East, 144 feet; thence
South 611 48' East, 296 feet; thence
North 861 36' West, 420.5 feet more or less to the point of
beginning.
2. A public hearing on said petition for annexation will be
held by the Kalispell City Council at its regular meeting held in
the Council Chambers of tb Kalispel City Hall commencing at 7:30

3. The City Clerk will forthwith repare and publish in the
