A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTIMATE TRE COST OF LIG14TING THE STREETS
AND AVERJES IN THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LF=G AN ASSESSMENT FOR M
YEAR 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting District for
the year 1977 is estimated to be $52tOOO.00.
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three -fourths
of the cost of the am unt set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessments on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 4. The amount of said tax shall be levied f or the amount of
$4.90 for each lot or paxcel of land within the city limits.
