RESOLUTION NO. 3129
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT, AND IMYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAM
FOR THE YEAR 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in Water Sprinkling District No. I for the 1977 year is estimated to
be $M,145.co. Said district consists of those city lots abutting the
following streets:
Main Street from Eighth St. to California St.
First Avenue East from Center St. to 5th St. East
First Avenue West from Center St. to 5th St. West
Second Avenue West from 2nd. St. West to 4th St. West
Center Street from Ist. Avenue West to 3rd. Ave. West
First Street from 3rd. Ave. West to 2nd. Ave. East
Second Street from 3rd. Ave. West to 3rd. Ave. East
Third Street from 2nd. Ave. West to 3rd. Ave. East
Fourth Street from 2nd. Ave. West to 2nd. Ave. East
Fifth Street from lst. Ave. West to 2nd. Ave. East
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property in said Water
Sprinkling District #1 for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in said district. Said tax shall be levied at $1.10 per foot of said
lot abutting said streets as de'scribed herein above.
I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Kalispell certify that the foregoing
is a true copy of the Resolution auly passed by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana at a regular meeting held the 25th day of July 1977.
