A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EMERGENCY BUDGET FOR THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT, GENERAL FUND PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3124 declaring intention to
create an emergency budget for Fire Department, General
Fund purposes in the amount of $3,000.00 was adopted by the
City Council and duly noticed for hearing protests; and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said time and place,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget
in the amount of $3,000.00 be and same hereby is
ordered.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, THIS 28TH DAY
OF JUNE, 1977.
I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Kalispell certify that the
foregoing is a true copy of the Resolution duly passed by the City Council
of the City of Kalispell, Montana at a regular meeting held the 28th day
of June, 1977.
