OLD BUSINESS:
Spring Prairie Phase IV — overall site development plan. Freyholtz noted that MDT is still
reviewing the signal. The accesses and the signal approvals will come in at the same time. This will
be on the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Oral Surgery — 180 Timberwolf, new clinic. Public Works has approved their civil plans.
Sorensen stated they have not received the building drawings yet. This will be held until those are
submitted. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Immanuel Lutheran —185 Crestline; Phase 1 B expansion. Their expansion went through ARC and
was approved. They have 50+ rooms that they will be remodeling into 32 rooms, and they will have a
change in the type of care that will be there. They are also doing about a 2,600 sq. ft. expansion,
which is mostly common area. There will be some offices and a new entryway. The existing parking
lot approach will be relocated and they will expand the parking lot. There are some overhang issues
that will need to be adjusted. Their handicapped parking spaces need to be clarified. Their crossing
area for the future may need a traffic study. Public Works just received their reports yesterday.
Haskins noted that at their northern approach they show a truncated dome on one side, but no
connecting sidewalk on the other, and they are ramping down the sidewalk there. It is on -site on their
property, and he does not feel that the truncated dome is needed there. Another area was discussed
that also has truncated domes that are not necessary. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
KRMC - CUP for a remodel of a building by the hospital for overnight stays for assisting people in
transitioning out of the hospital and getting back to home. There will be ten rooms with an office and
a common area. This is a change of use with some interior remodeling. The pedestrian path in this
area was discussed.
OTHER REPORTS: The December 23rd or 24th Site Review meeting will be discussing the
crosswalk around the Courthouse. Mike Pence, MDT and CTA will be present.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
