A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE MAXIMUM RATE OF INTEREST TO BE PAID
ON SPECIAL SIDEWALK AND CURB WARRANTS OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The rate of interest to be paid on special sidewalk and
curb warrants issued by the City pursuant to ordinance 846 (Section
24-28, Kalispell City Code) shall be no greater than 7% per annum
from the date of issuance of said warrant.
In issuing said warrants the City Treasurer shall, through
contacts with authorized city depositories, obtain the best interest
rate therefor within such limitation and issue same accordingly.
SECTION 2. Any other maximum rate of interest.payable on said
sidewalk 4anadISurb warrant retofore established by the City of
