WISPELL, TO BE KNOWN AS "GILMAN ADDITION No, 67" AND TO
FIX THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR
�#BLICATION OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING; TO ANNEX SAID PREMISES

WHEREAS, MARTIN E. GILMAN and LAURIE ANNE GILMAN, hus-
b#nd and wifel have made petition to the City of Kalispell
t9r annexation to said City of certain territory to be known
�09 "GILMAN ADDITION No. 67"; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed
apd considered in accord with the laws of the State of
",antana and the subdivision regulations of the City of
*#lispell by the Kalispell City -County Planning Board and
aj�id Board has, by communication dated November 29,'1976
x,�tcommended that said petition be granted under certain
.Cqnditions; and it appears that said conditions are or will
be adequately satisfied, and. that it is to the best interest
of the City of Kalispell that said petition be granted; and
WHEREAS, in said petition said MARTIN E. GILMAN and
WRIE ANNE GILMAN, husband and wife, have requested that
iEk#id premises be given a use classification of a No. I Resi-
dence District under the provisions of the City of Kalispell
71pning ordinance and, inasmuch as said premises does abut a
N9. 1 Residence District within the City of Kalispell,
4-erefore, as provided by Ordinance No. 850, a public hearing
,on said request must be held by the City Council,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C ITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that
,�erritory comprising "GILMAN ADDITION NO. 67" shall be
annexed to the City of Kalispell and shall be classified a
t1 Residence District.Said territory is more particularly
s-cribed as follows:
A parcel of land in Lot one (1), Section One (1),
Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Twenty-
two (22) West, Principal Meridian, Montana, des-
crib6d as follows:
Beginning at the boundary common to Sections One
(1) of the above -named Township and section
Six (6) of Township Twenty-eight (28) North,
Range Twenty-one (21) West, Principal Meri-
dian, Montana, said being a common corner of
Lots One (1) and Thirteen (13) of Park View
Terrace as recorded in Flathead County;
thence
South 1'39'00" West along the aforesaid Range line
34.20 feet to a 5/8" x 24" aluminum capped
rebar stamped 2343S, which marks the Northeast
corner of the O'Neil Addition as recorded in
Flathead County; thence
North 67022'12" West 164-73 feet along the North
boundary of the aforesaid O'Neil Addition
to a 5/8 inch found rebar which marks the
intersection of the North boundary of the
O'Neil Addition and the West boundary of
U. S. Highway No. 93; thence
North 0017105" East along said highway boundary
211-83 feet to a 5/8" x 24" alumintim capped
rebar stamped 2343S; thence
South 8953'03" East 158-91 feet to*a 5/8".x
24" aluminum capped rebar stamped 2343S on
the aforementioned Range line; thence
South 1039'00" West along said Range line 275
feet to the point of beginning.
2. A public hearing on said petition for annexation
will be held in the Council Chambers of the Kalispell City
Hall commencing at 7:30 p. m. on the 7th day of March, 1977.
At the same time and place a public hearing will be held on
the petition to annex said premises with a No. I Residence
District use classification applicable thereto.
