RESOLUTION NO- 311Q
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS
NECESSARY TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED
BY THE 1976-77 BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen
in an amount of $4,000.00 in the budget of the Fire Department for
unanticipated overtime salary requirements; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary to budget this revenue to cover
the necessary additional expenses;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
that by reason of the facts hereinabove stated an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and an expenditure of $4,000.00 in exce ss of the
1976-77 Fire Department Budget in the General Fund is necessary;
protests if any, shall be heard at 7:30 p.m., on the 6th day of
June 1977, at the r r City Council Meeting, Council
