A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STIZEETS AND AVENUES
IN THE: LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LE=G AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR TBE
YEAR 1976.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting District for
the year 1976 is estimated to be $52,000.00.
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three -fourths.
of the cost of the amount set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessments on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 4. The amount of said tax shall be levied for the amount of
$4.90 for each lot or parcel of land within the city limits.
