RESOLUTION NO. 3063
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 324.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Improvement District
No. 324 for the following described area:
All of Blocks 36, 45, 56, 65 and 76 of Kalispell
Original Townsite.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be
made in said proposed special Improvement District is to establish,
grade, improve and pave and provide for a storm sewer in First
Alley East in downtown Kalispell.
SECTION 3. That the established cost of said improvements is
$90,000.00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements
shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be
assessed on the basis of the proportion that the lineal feet
of said parcel affronting upon said alley bears to the total
lineal feet of said alley within said district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon
completion of the contract, or shall be paid in ten (10) equal
installments, hereby extended over a period of ten (10) years.
Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Snecial
Improvement District No. 324.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special
Improvement District warrants issued against said district in
sums not to exceed $1,000.00 each, bearing interest at a rate
that is no greater than is allowed by the laws of the State of
Montana, from date of registration until called for redemption
or paid in full,
SECTION 7. That on the /'Rf'b- day of 1976, at 7:30,
p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Cl—ty Hall in the City of Kal-
ispell, Montana, at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council
will hear and pass on any protests that may be made against the
making of said improvements s)-r- the creation of said district.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO- 324
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Citv
Council of the City of Kalis ' pell, Montana, to create Special
Improvement District No. 324 to establish, crade, improve and pave
and provide for a storm sewer in First Alley East in downtown
Kalispell in that certain area described in Resolution No. 3063,
which resolution is filed in the office of the City Clerk of said
City, and which area is more particularlv described as follows:
All of Blocks 36, 45, 56, 65 and 76 of Kalispell
Original Townsite.
The estimated cost and expense of said improvements is
Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,090.00).
The costs of said improvements will be assessed against all
of the parcels of property within said district on the basis of
the proportion that the lineal feet of each said parcel abutting
the alley of said districg bears to the total lineal feet thereof
within said district, as set forth in said Resolution of Intention.
Said cost may be paid for in full upon completion of the contract,
or in ten equal annual installments extending over a period of
ten years.
The City Council will hear and pass on any protests that may
be made against the making of said improvements, or the creation
of said district, at a regular meeting of the said City Council
to be held in the Council Chambers of the Citv Hall in the City
of Kalispell, Montana, commencing at 7:30 p.m. on
1976, or on the date to which said regula-r— me ting i§ postponed.
