A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 323.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Improvement District
No. 323 for the following described area:
All that area contained within the City of Kalispell in
"Becker's Addition to Kalispell" and "Kalispell Addition
No. 9".
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to he
made in said proposed special Improvement Distri'ct is the instal-
lation of a sanitary sewer to serve said area as a part of the
City of Kalispell Sanitary Sewer System.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is
$120,000.00
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements
shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be
assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears
to the area of the entire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be ' Paid for in full upon
completion of the contract, or shall be paid in 19 equal install-
ments, hereby extended over a period of 10 years. Said assessment
shall constitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement District
No. 323.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special
Improvement District Warrants issued against said district in sums
not to exceed $ 1,000.00 each, bearing interest at a rate not
to exceed Ton percent (10%) per annum from date of registra-
tion until -called for redemption or paid in full.
SECTION 7. That on the 13th day of September , 1976, at 7:30
p.m., in the Council ChaFSers of the City Hall in the City of
Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council
will hear and pass on any protests that may be made against the
making of said 4,piprovements or the creation of said district.
