A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE CITY OV KALT5-
PELL, TO BE KNOWN AS SLA14A ADDITION NO. 19 AND TO FIX THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION 0_1' NOTICE OF
SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, Richard W. Slama has made petition to the City of
Kalispell for annexation to said City of certain territory to be
known as "Slama Addition No. 19"; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed and
considered in accord with the laws of the State of Montana and
the subdivision regulations of the City of Kalispell by the
Kalispell City -County Planning Board and said Board has, by
-communication dated Mav 2G, 1976 recommended that said petition
be granted under certain conditions; and it appears that said
conditions are or will be adequatel ' y satisfied, and that it is
to the best interest of the City of Kalispell that said petition
be granted,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
1, It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that territory
comprising "Slana Addition No. 19" shali be annexed to the Cit ' v of
Kalispell and shall be classified a No. 1 Residence District. Said
territory is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situated, lying and being in Government Lot
Two (2) of Section Seven (7), Township Twenty-eight (28) North,
Range Twenty-one (21) West, P.M.M., Flathead Countv, Montana,
and more particularly described as follows to -wit:
Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 3 of Block 3 of Cameron's
Addition to Kalispell, Montana; thence S 00 04' 0011 W., a
distance of 25.00 feet to a Doint which represents the
NE corner of Cov't. Lot 2 and the center of Colorado Street,
said point being the true point of beginning of the tract of
land being described; thence S 00 041 00" W., and along
the westerly boundary line of Cameron's Addition, a distance
of 582.95 feet to a iron Din on the northerly i�/W of a 50 foot
deeded County Road; thence S 890 521 45" W., and along said
road RIW, 224,10 feet to an iron pin; thence N 00 04' 90" E.,
a distance of 582.95 feet to an iron pin on the extension of
the center of Colorado Street; thence N 890 52' 45" E., a dis-
tance of 22440-feet to the place of beginnina and containinq
2.99 acres 'P�f land, more or less.
