A RESOLUTION TO ALTER AND AMEND THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF
CONTRACT WITH LOFTUS LANDSCAPING, INC. ON KALISPELL GOLF COURSE
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, -the City did, on Julv 22, 1.975, enter into a contract
wif-h Loftus Landscaping, Inc. of Kennewick, Washington for irriqation
desig�-i and con5truction and related work on the Kalispell Golf
Course Project; and
-�%;-.�,�'REAS, wpon the advice and recommendation of Robert muir
Graves-, Golf Course Architect, who is the City's consultant and
enqin,�--,r on said project, certain changes and alterations of design
an-d specifications have been found necessary and advisable and in
the best interests of the city; and said changes and alterations could
not 2, ' �,,ive been necessarily foreseeable when the original'design and
spec-1-fications ivere prepared on this phase of the golf course project,
and said changes are contained in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto and are by this reference made a part hereof7 and
WHEREAS, it appears in the best interests of the City to
approve said changes and alterations,
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-1204,
lz.C.m. , 1947, be it hereby resolved:
1. The Alterations and modifications of the specifications and
,-)lans of the contract between the City of Kalispell and Loftus
Landscaping, Inc., dated Julv 22, -1-975, as set out in Exhibits "A"
and "B" attached -,hereto, are hereby appr9� d: and
