It is hereby resolved by the Coluncil of Kalispell that
the City or Town agreement of Fedaral Aid Project No. DP 270- 13
with the State of Montana, acting 6y and through the Department of Highways, is ado
by this Council; and the Mayor of ---Kalispell is hereby empowered
and authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the C6u-nci1 of Kalispell
