RESOLUTION NO - 3041
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1). A. DAVIDSON TO PROCEED WITH BOND SALE TO
FINANCE FIRST AVENUE EAST STORM SEWER PROJECT.
WIE11REAS, it would be to the adv'4�mtage of the City to have storm sewers
c�onstructed on First Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that proper financing of the project is
provided;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that Noma E. Happ, Mayor, be authorized
to inform D. A. Davidson, Inc. to proceed with the sale of Bonds to pro-
vide the financing of the First Avenue East Storm Sewer Project.
