RESOLUTION NO. 3045
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AS A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, HIGHLAND PARK PROFESSIONAL SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of the Flathead Health
Center, ITic.r a Montana corporation, filed with the City Council
of the City of Kalispell, and the submission to the said Council
by said petitioners of a plat reflectinq the survey and designa-
tion of that territory within the City of Kalispell which said
petitioners request be approved as a subdivision therein, and
pursuant to those portions of Chapter 38, Title 11, Revised Codes
of Montana, 1947, as amended, that are applicable thereto and the
duly adopted and enforced subdivision regulations of the City of
Kalispell., the Council and kfavor do hereby approved that said
territory shall become and be a subdivision of the City of Kalis-
pell to be known as:
HIGHLAND PARK PROFESSIONAL SUBDIVISION
SECTION 2. That upon the proper filing.,of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of F 1 a _ head County, Montana, said
territory sha:ll,lbecome and be a.,subdivi ion of the City of Kalis-
pell and,--a"me is classified as a businl-residence Number 5 district
of said,,"city.
