A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF KALISPELL GAMBLING LICENSING
RULES AND REGULATIONS, RELATIVE TO LENGTH OF MONTANA RESIDENCY
FOR LICENSES AND RELATIVE TO PROPER DISPLAY OF DEALER LICENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
AS FOLLOWS:
Regulation No. 6, Subsection 6.50, of the City of Kalispell
Gambling Licensing Rules and Regulations adopted and enacted
by the City of Kalispell on the 20th day of 1974, by
Resolution No, __2968 - are hereby aii��nded to provide as follows:
"6.50: No person except the licensee thereof, shall be
employed in operating or be permitted to operate any game per-
mitted or allowed hereby except "sport poois", unless such person
has been a resident of the State o! Montana for a period of one (1)
year immediately preceeding such employment and who has been I
registered and is currently licensed by Flathead County, Montana,
as a "dealer". Any such person shall, while operating any such
game, prominently display on his person his current "dealer"
license issued to him by Flathead County."
All other provisions of the City of Kalispell Gambling Licensing
Rules and Regulations as now are in effect shall remain in full force
and effect.
This amendment is effective immediately and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to properly amend the City of Kalispell Gambling
Licensing Rules and Regulations as furnished to gambling license
applicants in accord herewith.
