Resolution 3034 - SID 316 - AssessmentRESOLUTION NO. 3034 A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX UPON ALL PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO, 316 TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF MAKING THE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORIZED THEREIN. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS: To defray the costs of making the special improvements authorized in that area included within Special Improvement District No. 316 of the City of Kalispell, as more particularly described in Resolution No. 2918 dated August 8, 1973 and on file in the office of the City Clerk, there is hereby levied and assessed against all said property a tax in the total sum of $__k5�0.00�, plus interest as hereinafter provided. Said sum includes all costs of making said improvement and as allowed by Section 11-2228, R.C.M., 1947, and as certified to the City Clerk by the City Engineer upon completion and acceptance of said improvements, Said levy and assessment as is made hereunder against each'lot or parcel of land within said district also shall include accruing interest thereon at the rate of 7.7,—% until paid from the date of registration of bonds sold and issued in accord with Resolution No. 2998 , dated January 20, 1975, and if same is not paid in full when so levied and assessed, said sum shall, with interest at 7.7 _ %, be spread over a term of not to exceed ten (10) years, p-ayments to be made in equal annual installments as provided by Resolution No. --2969A , dated June 3 1974 - �0. Each lot or parcel of land within said district shall be assessed for that part of the aforesaid whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district, exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys and public places.
