A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
GUEST ADDITION, ADDITION NO. 61.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Gary V. Guest and'
Carol Y. Guest, filed with the City Council of the City of Kalis-
pell, on the 213t day of july , 1975, and the submission to
said Council S—ysaid petitioners of a plat reflecting the survey
an6 designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the
City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto, and pursuant to Section
11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, the council and Mayor do
hereby approve that said territory may become a part of the City
of Kalispell, to be known as:
GUEST ADDITION, ADDITION NO. 61
SECTION 2. The City Council has found that inasmuch as dedication
of park land within the platted area of Guest Addition will be used
exclusively for commercial purposes, it is herebv ordered bv the
City Council of the City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Mont'dna,
that land dedication for park purposes and cash in lieu of park
land be waived in accordance with the provisions of Title 11,
Chapter 38, R.C.M 1947.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shail-�ocome a part of the City of Kalispell, and shall
be classifield'asja No. 5 Business Residence Zone of said City.
