A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF KALISPT3LL GAMBLING LICENSING
RULES AND REGULATIONS, ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 29�,6 TO
AMEND REGULATIONS FOR PRO -RATIONING OF LICENSE FEES_�
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 2, Subsection 6, of Resolution No. 2908 enacted by the

City of Kalispell is hereby amended to provide as follows:
"6. All licenses issued hereunder shall expire on
June 30 following the date they become effective. License
fees shall be prorated from the date of issue, on a
monthly basis, to said expiration date, provided, however,
any license issued on or after March 1, shall pay a fee
for four months and shall not be further prorated; a
license issued during a month shall be considered as
covering the entire month of issue for the purpose of
prorating the fee therefor."
This amendment is effective immediately.
All other provisions of said Resolution No. 20,6.8 shall
remain in full force and effect.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to properly amend the
rules and regulations. -as furnished to gambling license applicants
in accord herewith, '�
