A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MARJORIE GIERMANN AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK
AND TO AUTHORIZE TIER TO EXECUTE CITY DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, the duly appointed and acting City Clerk of the City
of Ralispell, to-wi-L: Ceorge.Peardslee, may, from timo to time,
be absent from the city or,by illness, incapacated to handle the
affairs of his office; and
WHEREAS, in such instances and at such times it may be neces-
sary,to carry out the city's business, that certain documents and
records, etc., be executed without delay by the City Clerk for the
City; and
WHEREAS, Marjorie Giermann is a qualified employee in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Kalispell and in such instances and
at such times she should he permitted to execute documents or other-
wise act in the place and stead of said City Clerk,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Marjorie Giermann is hereby appointed as Deputy City
Clerk in and for the City of Kalispell,
Section 2. In the absence of City Clerk George Beardslee, or his
successor, Marjorie Giermann may and is hereby empowered to execute
documents for the City of Kalispell or perform such other duties as
may he imposed upon the City Clerk by law as long as said Marjorie
Giermann is an employee of the City of Kalispell.
Section 3. When executing documents on behalf of the duly
appointed and acting City Clerk, Marjorie Giermann, as Deputy City
Clerk, shall ir
p.s-6-ribe the name of said City Clerk on such documents
and add ther,96 the words, "by: Marjorie Giermann, Deputy City Clerk".
