A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EMERGENCY BUDGET IN STREET AND PARK DEPARTMENTS,
GENERAL FUND PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $56,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2995 declaring that an emergency exists and that It
Is ne Vessary to make expenditures In excess of the amount provided by the
1974-1975 Budget for the Street Department and Park Department, General Fund,
,was adopted by the City Council and duly noticed for hearing protests; and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said time and place,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget In the amount of
$56.OGO.00 be and same hereby Is authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCM OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 20th DAY OF January , 1975.
