A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO
MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1974-1975 BUDGET
FOR GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen In an

amount of 56,000.00 In the budget of Street and Parks of the 1974-
1975 General Fund Budget; and
WHEREAS, certain gasoline tax funds and miscellaneous refunds were unforeseen
as 1974-1975 revenue In the estimated amount of 56,000.00 and
WHEREAS, It Is therefore necessary to budget this revenue to cover the
necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason of the
facts hereinabove stated an emergency In hereby declared to exist, and an
expenditure of 54:990.00 — In excess of the 1974-1975 Street Budget and
1,010.00 In excess of the 1974-1975 Parks Budget in the General Fund

Is necessary; protests If any, shall be board at 7130 P. M. , January 20, 1975,
at the regular City Council Meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell, Montana.
