A RINOUTTION DT.CLARTM TRAT AN WMENCY EXIM AND THAT IT IS NECISSARY
TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDrO BY THE 1974-1975
BUDGET FOR GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen In an
amount of $ 85,000.00 in the budget of Bureau of Recreation Project for
golf course Improvements In excess of the 1974-1975 General Fund Budget; and
which monies will be received by the City of Kalispell from the Kalispell
Golf Association and Bureau of Recreation and WHEREAS, it Is therefore nec-
essary to call for an emergency budget In order to pay for the necessary
additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason of
the facts horeinabove stated an emergency Is hereby declared to exist, and
B5 000 00 in excess of the 1974-1975 Bureau of

Recreation Golf Course Project Budget in the General Fund is necessary;
protests if any shall be heard at 7:30 P.M., June 9, 1975 at the regular
City Council Meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell, Montana,
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, THIS 19TH DAY OF MAY, 1975.
