RESOLUTION No. 3003
RESOLUTION FIXING THE COST OF SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED
DURING 1974.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.-
SECTION 1. The cost of sidewalk and curb construction completed
during 1974. and to be assessed against real estate is hereby fixed
as designated on the attached document which Is marked "Exhibit All and
by reference Is adopted herein.
SECTION 2. That warrants be Issued for payment of said sidewalk and
curb construction in accordance with the cost fixed herein.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 3rd DAY OF February . 1975,
