RESOLUTION No. 3001
A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE'STREETS AND
AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR
SAME MR THE YEAR 1975.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in Sprinkling District No. I for the 1975 year Is estimated to be
$12,800.00
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property In Sprinkling
District No. 1 for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues In
said district. Said tax shall be levied at $27.50 er lot or at
— $1. 10 _per front foot: of said lot, whichever Is the greater.
