RESOLUTION NO. 3000
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EMERGENCY BUDGET FOR MANSION MUSEUM BOARD
FUND (FROM DONATIONS), IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2999 declaring that an emergency exists and that
it Is necessary to make expenditures In excess of the amount provided by the
1974-1975 Budget for the Mansion Museum Board, and creating a Mansion
Museum Board Fund In the 1974-1975 Budget, was adopted by the City
Council and duly noticed for bearing protests; and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said time and place,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that on emergency budget in the amount of
$2,500.00 be and same hereby Is authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 3rd DAY OF _ FebruarX 1975.
