A RESOLUTION DECLARING TRAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO
MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1974-1975 BUDGET
FOR MANSION MUSEUM BOARD FUND. (FROM DONATIONS)
WHEREAS. certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen In an
amount of — $2,500.00 for Mansion Museum Expense; and
WHEREAS, certain donations were unforeseen as 1974-1975 revenue in the
estimated amount of $2.500.00 1; and
WHEREAS, It Is therefore necessary to budget this revenue to cover the
necessary expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason of the
facts hereinabove stated that an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and
an expenditure of $2,500.00 In excess of the 1974-1975 Budgat for
Mansion Museum Board (from donations) Fund Is necessary; protests If any,
shall be heard at 700 P.M. , February 3, 1975, at the regular City Council
Meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell, Montana.

MONTANA, THIS 20TH DAY OF JANUARY , 1975.
