A RESOLUTION TO AUTHDR19E FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE KALISPELL
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has, by letter dated May 5, 1975,
been advised by Inc., Consulting Engineers for
the citizens of the Kalispell Sewage Treatment Plant project, that
all the work to be performed on said project in accord with the
plans and specifications and associated contract documents has
been completed; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the council that the project should
be given final approval and acceptance,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Kalispell,
1. That the City does hereby accept as completed the Ralis-
pell Sewage Treatment Plant as in accord with the plans and specif-
ications, etc.; and
2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to so advise Magney
Construction Company, the contractor on said Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AND APPROVED 13Y THE MAYOR THIS 19th DAY OF MAY, 1975.
