A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EKERGENCY BUDGET FOR THE BUREAU OF RECREATION
GOLF COURSE PROJECT, GENERAL FUND PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $85,000.00
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, NONTANA:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3014 declaring Intention to create an emergency
budget for tho Bureau of Recreation Golf Course Project, General Fund
purposes In the amount of $35,000.00 was adopted by the City Council and
duly noticed for hearing protests; and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said time and place,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget In the amount of
$85,000.00 be and same hereby is authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YALISPELL, MONTANA, AND APPROVED
BY THE 1229, THIS _11, DAY OF 1975.
