A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS, SECTION 2, KALISPELL ADDITION NO. 55.
3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Robert 11. Blake and
Delores 1. Blake, husband and wife led with the City Council
of the City of Kalispell, on the brdi day of September f 1974
and the submission to said Councii -by said petitioners of -a plat
reilecting the survey and designation of that territory adjoining
and adjacent.to the City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto,
and pursuant to Section 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947,
the Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may
become a part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
-NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS, SECTION 2
KALISPELL ADDITION NO. 55
SECTION 2. The City Council has found that inasmiich as dedication
of park land within the platted area of Northridge ffoiqhts, Section
2, Kalispell Addition No. 55 would be unsuitable for park and
playground purposes, it is hereby ordered by the City Council of
the City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana, that land dedica-
tion for park purposes be waived and that cash in lieu of park
land be accepted in accordance with Title 11, Chapter 38, R.C.M.,
1947., It is ordered that the amount to be paid to the, city in lieu
of park is $588.11, which shall be deposited in the Park Fund of
the City to be used according to law.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell, and shall
be classified as a No. 1 Residential District of the City.
