A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A QUITCLAIM PEED
WHEREAS, For value received, it is in the best interests of
the City of Kalispell, a municipal corporation, to convey a
quitclaim deed unto Leslie D. Olson, Larry A. Olson and
Leslie D, Olson, Trustee for Alan Olson, Kalispell, Montana,
NOW THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a quitclaim deed on
the following described premises in Flathead County, Montana,
to -wit:
That certain easement granted to the City of Kalispell
by instrument recorded May 25, 1974 under Recorder's
Fee No. 4155 in Book 525, page 18 records of Flathead
County, Montana, described as follows:
if .... a permanent easement and right of way, including
the perpetual right to enter Upon the real estate
hereinafter described at any time for the purpose of
maintenance and repair of the improvements, for the
purpose of constructing, maintenance and operating a
100-foot diameter circular street turn -around .....
upon Sunset Addition No- 4 according to the mF%p or
plat thereof on file and of record in tho offico of
the Clerk & Recorder of Flathead County, Montana,
unto Leslie D. Olson, Larry A. Olson and Leslie D. Olson,
Trustee for Alan Olson, Kalispell, Montana.
