A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
SUNSET ADDITION NUMBER 4, KALISPELL ADDITION NO. 57 —.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Sunset Development
Company, a partnership, filed with the City Council of the City
of Kalispell, on the 2Lh day of �(,DtOMlje 1974, and submission
to said Council by said petitioner of a plat reflecting the survey
and designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the
City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto, and pursuant to Section
11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, the Council and Mayor do
hereby approve that said territory may become a part of the City
of Kalispell, to be known as:
SUNSET ADDITION NUMBER 4
ADDITION NO. 57
SECTION 2. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell, and shall
be classified as follows:
Lot 6, Block 7 - No. 2 Residence District
Remainder of Sunset Addition No. 4 - No. 1 Residence
District
