A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EASEMENT FOR�
A ROAD FOR THE FOREST SERVICE, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
WEEREAS, It is in the best interests of the City of Kalispell,
to grant an easement to the Forest Service, Department of
Agriculture, for a road known as Kalispell -South Loop.Road,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign an easement for a road
for the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, and its
assigns, known as Kalispell -South Loop Road, Pro�ect No. S 404
(7), varying in widtho with such additional width as is nec-
essary to accomodate and protect cuts and fills, over and across
the following described lands in the County of Flathead, State
of Montanat
A tract of land in -the SW�NW� Section 20, T. 28N.,
R. 21 W, M.P.M., Flathead County, Montana, contain-
ing 0 . 15 of an acre, more or less.
