A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE LOT 3, ADDITION NO. 22 (O'NEIL
ADDITION) AND LOT 12, BLOCK 2, PARK VIEW TERRACE ADDITION,
INTO THE NORTHSLOPE ADDITION, ADDITION NO. 53, TO THE CITY
OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the petition of Roger D. Bowman and
Marlene J. Bowman, husband and wife, filed with the City
Council on the 17 day of June r 1974, submission of plat
and the certifiZ�_ate of a licensed abstractor filed therewith
reflecting that said petitioners are the owners of the follow-
ing described premises in the city of Kalispell, to -wit:
TRACT 1: Lot 3 of Addition No. 22 to Kalispell,
Montana, O'Neil Addition, according to a map or
plat thereof, records of the County Clerk and
Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
TRACT 2. Lot 12 of Block 2 of Park View Terrace,
according to a map or plat thereof, records of the
County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
And, upon proper petition having been made to the Flathead
County Board of Commissioners, the said Board did, on May 17,
1974, vacate the platting of said Lot 3 of Addition No. 22,
O'Neil Addition and Lot 12 of Block 2 of Park view Terrace.
And, since when said premises was originally platted and
annexed to the City of Kalispell, the park requirements of the
cith, then in force, were satisfied it is not now required
that any additional dedication for park purposes or payment
of cash in lieu thereof be made.
And, consent to the platting of said premises having been
granted by the First National Bank of Kalispell, mortgagee on
said premises.
The City does hereby consent to the incorporation of the
above described tracts into an area of the City to be known as:
NORTHSLOPE ADDITION
ADDITION NO. 53 TO THE
CITY OF KALISPELL
SECTION 2. That upon the proper filing of the aforesaid plat
said premises shall become so known and be a part of the City of
Kalispell, and same shall continue to be classified as a No. I
Residential District of the City.
