A RESOLUTION ORDERING CURBING CONSTRUCTED IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T11E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That It Is the judgment of the City Council that curbs be constructed along
the following locations In the City pursuant to Section 24-21 of the Code of
the City of Kalispell, Montana:
being both sides of 5th Street West from
the alleys off Main Street to Ist. Avenue
West and more particularly described as
follows*
