145MS, The City of Kalispell has constructed a new wastewater treatment
p��Cuat with a grant from the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY of the United
States Government; and,
WBMMAS, final payment on -the grant is contingent upon the preparation of
an Operation and Maintenance Manual acceptable to the Environmental
Protection Agency;
NOW TFMEF.ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that Mayor Laurence G. Bjorneby be authorized to sign a co.,-i�,,Lact
with Morrison—Maierle, Inc. to prepare an Operation and Maintenance Yanual,
for the Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost not to exceed $3,900.00. ''
