A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 321.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalispell,
in compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana, did, on
the 1-2�- day of 1 1974, create Special Improvement
DistF—ictNo. 321 of the Xity of Kalispell for the purpose of
bringing up to grade and paving North Parkway Drive through Lot
14, Block 9, Section 3, Northridge Heights thereto in all of
that area included in, and in accordance with the. terms and con-
ditions as specified in Resolutions No. 2960 and No—,L11Z3� -
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Kalispell has
prepared plans of said construction and same are available at
the City Hall, Kalispell, Montana.
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said
construction in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the substantial
