RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 321 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF 'BRINGING UP TO GRADE AND PAVING NORTH PARKWAY DRIVE
THROUGH LOT 14 OF BLOCK 9, SECTION 3, NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of April, 1974, said Council did
pass and adopt Resolution No. 2960, a resolution of intention to,
create Special Improvement District No. 321; and
- WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City did give Notice of,the
passage of said Resolution by publishing same for five successive
days in The Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper, published in
Kalispell,, Montana, beginning on June j 1974, and also on
June 1974, true copies of said Notice were mailed to all
persons having real property with said district; and
WHEREAS, on the th day of , 1974, at the next
regular meeting of said -council the--C-o-u-n-FIT did conduct a hearing
on said Resolution No. 2960, and no protests, written or oral,
were made orpresented against creating said Special Improvement
District No. 321,
NOW THEREFORE, said Council does hereby create Special
Improvement District No. 321 for the purpose of bringing up to
grade and paving North Parkway Drive through Lot 14 of Block 9,
Section 3, Northridge Heights in that certain area described as
follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, B, 9, 10 of Block 8;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14 of Block 9, Section 3 of Northridge Heights.
The approximate cost of said improvements is estimated to
be Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00). said costs will be
assessed against all of the parcels of property within said
district an the basis of the proportion that the lineal feet of
said parcel abutting the streets of said district bears to the
total lineal feet abutting the street of the district bears to
the total lineal feet of parcels abutting the street thereof
within said distr-rcr� and costs of intersections shall be included
